This organic apple cider vinegar is naturally fermented, raw, unfiltered and contains the “mother.” The “mother” resembles a cobweb-like formation that can be noticed floating in the bottle and is made up of naturally occurring nutrients, probiotics, enzymes and beneficial bacteria which promotes a healthy gut.
The vinegar is a pale yellow-brown colour and will contain a small amount of sediment – another sign that it is unfiltered and unpasteurised!
Please note: Temporarily (May/June/July 2025) this 500ml bottle will come in a BPA Free Plastic Bottle and is bottled in Australia. It is the same Italian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar inside.
